The Taste Eden Valley Spring Wine Festival proudly showcases the Eden Valley wine region; home to Barossa’s beautiful high country and artisan producers without cellar doors. The annual wine festival, (now in its 5thyear) celebrates the array of red and white wines created in this historic and iconic wine destination. The Eden Valley success story is often noted with the award winning Riesling wines, which have been produced since 1847. However, the history of red wine making has long stood the test of time, with Shiraz vines planted since the late 1800’s.
This October, the festival will feature 14 wine producers showcasing a combination of wines from current to museum releases, with an offering of wine master classes, tastings and sales. To compliment the selection of wines, we welcome one of Barossa’s favourite catering chefs Stuart Oldfield (Musque Food & Wine), who will offer snazzy shared plates of extreme goodness while you tap away with the funky tunes from the array of live music.
Join us as we meet the masters behind the labels; Chaffey Bros Wine Co, Dandelion Vineyards, Eden Hall Wines, Eden Valley Wines, Garden & Field, Heathvale Vineyards, Gatt Wines, Forbes & Forbes, Heirloom Vineyards, Mountadam Vineyards, Poonawatta, Riley’s of Eden Valley, Sorby Adam Wines, Stage Door Wine CO.
It is sure to be an event to please all senses!
